Berries are harvested manually when fully ripe. The grapes are then transported on shelves to the press.
Crémant made from white grapes. This "blanc de blanc" crémant: was produced using the Champagne method: pressing, first fermentation, bottle fermentation for the second fermentation, ageing, riddling, disgorging and titration to reach a sugar content of 10 g/l.
