The Hautes-Côtes de Beaune extend over around thirty kilometers in length and around ten in width over the departments of Côte-d'Or and Saône et Loire. The wines produced there are very fruity. The winegrowers of this appellation have made great progress while remaining at reasonable prices (for Burgundy wines).
The vines are over 20 years old. The terroir is located at the foot of limestone cliffs with soils composed of Triassic sandstone and clay and Jurassic marl and limestone.
Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with partial aging in French oak barrels on the lees.
