💋 Maison Roger-Constant Lemaire specializes in the production of rare and atypical champagnes without malolactic fermentation, without filtration and without the use of collage.
No insecticides, acaricides or herbicides because the estate is moving towards 100% organic. The pronounced acidity is completely natural and comes only from the plant (and not from an added bacterium). Generating a pleasant freshness in the mouth.
The terroir of the Marne Valley is clay-limestone soil. The vines are 35 years old and the harvest is done manually. Fertilization with seaweed from Norway (European organic label). Vineyard classified as High Environmental Value level 3 (HVE 3).
🗝️ Service between 12 and 14°C.
Aging : The bottles are aged for a minimum of 4 to 5 years before being put on sale.
